Goals

Over the next 6 months I have several goals I’d like to see come to fruition.  Here they are:

- I currently have a 30 mm reading on my stomach for bodyfat testing, in 6 months I want that to be lowered to a 15.  A nice 3 mm drop each month would set me straight there.

- I want to squat 550×1, and 405×20

-Deadlift 600 

- Be able to consistently walk or run 15 miles a week

- Run a sub 6:30 mile

- Actually look muscular

- Go out to eat less than twice a month.

 

I plan on reaching all of these, so stay tuned!
