Squats: 295- 10 sets of 3 and I have a raw upper back from where the bar was.
Cardio: I skipped this day  
Saturday: 
BP: 225&#215;3,3,3,3,3,3
Pullups: 45&#215;5,5,5,5,5 (easy need to up weight)
DL&#8217;s: 295- 10 sets of 3

<p>Later that day I decided kind of off the cuff to rep the 100&#8217;s on flat bench and got 9 reps, not bad but I could have had 10 had I just warmed up more and rested more than 30 seconds.</p>
<p>Cardio: cut grass and did 2 miles on treadmill.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>I need to clean up my diet a little, that or do more intense cardio.  Let&#8217;s see, give up my lavish lifestyle eating habits, or run sprints?  I&#8217;ll run sprints.</p>

Side bends: 3&#215;20 with 70&#8217;s
Leg Raises: 4&#215;16
Crunches: 3&#215;20
Will do cardio tonight.

<p>I am just going to stick at 225 the next two weeks on bench and do triples and then after my week off I&#8217;ll do something to shock the ol&#8217; body into growth hopefully.  When I did 6-7 sets of 10 on dumbbells the last two times my bench has prospered but not this time.</p>
